We accept all payments via bank transfer only in Japanese yen. We don't accept any payments by credit card and any other mode. Please make wire transfer only in our bank account. Bank charges for the refund will be deducted from the deposit. After you make the payment, please send us copy of the transfer TT (bank transfer) immediately by Fax so that we can confirm the payment. Please confirm the vehicle import regurations of your country yourself before you bid. If your offer price is a successful bid, then you need to deposit the balance amount for the vehicle by TT to our company within 3 days. After reciving payment we will ship your vehicle. In case of failure to deposit balance amount, your security amount will be lasped and we can sell that vehicle to another customer.
Our Fees (Payable after succesful bidding) JPY100,000-.
Our fee calculation is straightforward. Our fees include our commission (Repeater discount applies!), auction fee, domestic transportation fee, forwarder fees (customs in Japan) and custom clearance cost. Extra charges (JPY 30,000) are applicable for auctions in Hokkaido and Kyushu area to cover internal transportation to the ports. Example: If you succeed in getting a car at JPY 500,000 at the auction, your total cost would be JPY 500,000 (car cost) + JPY 100,000 (Our fees) = JPY 600,000 (FOB). To arrive at the C&F price, add the freight fee (from Japan to your country port) to the FOB price.
After we received the balance, we will ship your vehicle and send the B/L and other documents for you by EMS or DHL.
